The refrigerator door shelf bin # WP2223860 is a OEM Whirlpool part and installs on the inside panel of the refrigerator door.
The door bin or door balconnet is used to add extra space to the refrigerator for food and beverage storage. Easily removable and can be used as a container to take your bottles and condiments to the table or outside. Balcony is made of durable plastic, but may crack, break or become brittle over time. If heavy items are placed in the door bins, it can cause the door bins or the inner door panel to break. If the part no longer attaches securely to the inner door panel, it must be replaced.
No tools are required to replace the door shelf bin. Open the refrigerator and remove the old door shelf bin and set it aside. Align the slots and tabs on the door and door shelf balcony and apply slight pressure to insert it securely into the anchor provided.
