- 18,000 BTU burner – This powerful 18,000 BTU burner produces intense heat to bring water to a rapid boil
- Precision Simmer Burner – When turned to the lowest setting, this burner delivers a low 140° temperature for sauces and delicate foods
- Center Oval Burner – This centre oval burner gives you a fifth burner and the perfect place to use griddles or odd-size cookware
